Requirements
Entry to the Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management requires;
Education: Completion of the previous level of qualifications including year 12 schooling or Certificate II, Certificate III, Certificate IV or obtained the relevant qualifications and/or professional experience.
IELTS Test Score- 5.5 (academic) with no single band less than 5.
Age: 18 years and above
Course Duration
The Advanced Leadership and Management Diploma course will take more than 40 weeks to complete, excluding 12 weeks of vacation time. Classes are scheduled for two and a half days or 20 hours a week. An additional 10 hours of study per week are also provided for students.

Assessment
A collection of specialized measures is used for assessing all the units of competence, which include portfolio reports, essays, case studies, practical reports, virtual workplaces, interrogation and written testing.
Awards
Students who will complete all the above units of competence qualify for the BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Business Administration. The completion of any of the competency units will allow students to obtain a statement of achievement for that particular unit.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Students with prior experience, expertise or qualifications acquired through formal education or training in the relevant fields may be granted either a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or a Credit Transfer (CT) upon submission of an application within a few weeks of the start of the CoE. Thus, RPL or CT can help you reduce the overall duration of your business studies.
